The Patents portion of my practice includes obtaining patent protection for diverse clients on a global scale.

All drafting of patent applications and all patent office negotiations through granting of a patent are done by me, so you know who to speak with when you have a question.

All patent filings I make at the USPTO are filed electronically which facilitates file tracking and case management.

Canadian filings at CIPO and International filings via the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) are also made directly. However, all foreign filings beyond the USPTO, CIPO, and PCT are made via my network of foreign patent associates in their respective jurisdictions.
