A sizeable portion of my practice relies upon the global network of patent specialists necessary in today’s business world.

As both a registered US and Canadian Patent Agent, I provide my direct clients with patent services via patent filings at the USPTO and CIPO. Likewise, I can provide my foreign associates outside of North America with the same assistance for their patent clients by providing coordinated national filings at the USPTO and CIPO. This results in a significant cost savings not only at the initial filings, but also during the subsequent patent prosecution of the US and Canadian patent applications. Beyond the cost savings, foreign associates also find that dealing with only one North American associate to be a significant administrative advantage.
